The Roffen Club
The Roffen Suite is the home of Medway's famous 144 Jazz Club, which is situated above Medway's best private Health and Social Club. A Beautiful ivy covered building with views of the River Medway Lunch at the Roffen is a perfect way to close the 2012 Maritime Jazz Festival. For more info on the Roffen click here.
Traditional Roast & Music tickets are £25, all inclusive of food and music. Please note that non-prebooked on the door arrivals are only permitted subject to the decision of the chef on the day; pre-booking is therefore recommended. Book your tickets online or via phone.
All Roasts are Served with rich gravy, roast potatoes, broccoli, glazed carrots and roast parsnips Please note that the menu is seasonal and subject to change, i.e. the Derserts may be different in September to those advertised here.
1)Roast Topside Beef with a homemade Yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce
2) Roast Loin of Pork, with crisp crackling and bramley apple sauce
3) Supreme of Chicken with a sage and onion crust
4) Vegetarian Option—Nut Roast and vegetables

41 New Rd Rochester, Kent, ME1 1DX. Parking is free in the bays on New Rd on Sundays
From London: Take the A2/M2 to Dover, turn off at J1 of the M2 for Rochester A2, follow the A2 down the hill, through Strood, go across Rochester Bridge, follow the dual carriage way along and then 90 degree right, go up Star Hill (still the A2), turn left at roundabout and the club is 200yrds on the left.
From Maidstone/West: M20 to Dover, J6 for Chatham A299, follow A299 up hill and into Chatham, go past Toys R Us then keep left for Rochester, follow road down hill, turn right at roundabout and the club is 200yrds on the left.
From East: M2, J4 Gillingham A278, follow dual carriage way, go over roundabout, go over next, turn left at next roundabout (lights) for A2 Chatham, go over next roundabout and follow A2 along, then down hill, then over roundabout, then up hill, then over small bridge, after bend the club is on the right about 500yrds.
By Public Transport
Trains: Victoria line or St Pancras line to Chatham or Rochester. From Rochester Station: Walk (5-10mins) out of the station car park, turn left, cross the road turning right into Nags Head Lane, follow lane up then to the left, then to the right up the alley way and onto New Rd, the club is just on your left. From Chatham; Walk (15mins) out of Chatham station to your right, head for Wickes, turn left up onto the A2, walk along New Rd, go past George Hotel and past St Bart's Hospital and club is on the right.
